Data we collect

The funding check and contact form collect what you type: name, email, county, postcode area, and answers about tenure, heating fuel, interests and benefits status. Benefits information is volunteered by you and used solely to assess scheme eligibility — submit "Not sure" if you prefer. We deliberately do not collect phone numbers. Forms are transmitted via Formspree Inc., acting as our processor. Hosting generates routine server logs (IP, request, timestamp) used for security; we run no advertising trackers.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry with relevant funding guidance (legitimate interest), and — only where you request a survey or quotes — to pass your name, email, county and relevant property answers to a single vetted installer (consent). One installer per enquiry; never bulk resale; never marketing lists.

Retention and rights

Enquiries are kept up to 24 months, then deleted; ask sooner and we delete sooner. You hold the usual UK GDPR rights — access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection — exercisable by email, answered within one month. Complaints can go to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), which covers Wales.
